The 'Moonshine' is particularly popular variety of Snake Plant with stand out pale silver-green leaves.

Please note that due to the rigid nature of a Snake Plant's leaves we do expect them to have some cosmetic damage to the tips/edges.

In the running for the most indestructible houseplant in existence: Sansevieria, also known as Mother-in-law’s Tongue or Snake Plant.

To give you an idea of just how difficult it is to kill a Snake Plant, at the start of lockdown Moose team member Sam left a Snake Plant in a low-light room and didn’t check on it for 3 months. Upon his return he expected a shrivelled pile of snakey leaves but instead he found a perfectly intact plant that had even GROWN two new pups (although we definitely don't recommend this level of neglect!).

An easy-care, low maintenance houseplant which is perfect for beginners. The ultimate office plant, especially if your desk doesn’t get much light.  Not only that, but it’s also known for it’s great air purifying abilities.

Care:

Light: Very versatile, can thrive in low, medium and bright indirect light.

Water: Let the soil completely dry out between waterings, bottom watering is advised but do not let the plant sit in water.

Feed: A light feeding once a month during growing season is best.

Humidity: Thrives in a normal home environment.
