A strong and easy houseplant with thick stems. The 'Camilla' has distinctive leaves with pale yellow centres outlined by a dark green. The Dieffenbachia enjoys morning and evening sun but is tolerant to partial shade.
The Dieffenbachia has a tendency to try and lean towards the direction of the light. To stop it leaning too far and becoming unbalanced, rotate every week or so.
Please be aware that the sap of this plant is an irritant, avoid sap contact with skin/eyes.
A lovely statement houseplant perfect for tabletops or windowsills.
Care:
Light: An indirect/ filtered light will produce the best coloured leaves.
Water: Water lightly, keeping the soil consistently moist, but not soggy. Check the soil to make sure it is dry an inch down before watering the dieffenbachia plant.
Feed: Feed twice a month during the growing season.
Humidity: Will grow in a normal home humidity but will appreciate the occasional misting.
