This plant is part of our 'Home Grown Propagations & Cuttings' collection, please visit this page for more information.
One pot available, as photographed. Two cuttings very well rooted in sphagnum moss.
This plant is green but the cuttings were originally taken from a variegated plant. It does still have one random leaf with splatters of variegation on it. A hardy and prolific plant, perfect for the Philodendron lovers collection.
Care:
Light: Tolerant of medium light to bright indirect light, however too much light can cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.
Water: Water when the top 2 thirds of the soil dry out. For best results water from underneath with the use of a saucer to reduce the chance of root rot. Reduce watering during winter months. In winter allow to dry out further.
Food: Feed fortnightly during the growing season but not during winter.
Humidity: High humidity will produce a happier plant but will tolerate a normal household humidity. A low humidity will cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.
