Current stock is a little bit shorter than photographed examples.

Potsize (diameter): 6 cm, Approx Height: 12 cm.

Supplied in a plastic pot. Fits our Happy Face Plant Pot. Also fits our Boule mini plant pot and St Tropez 8 x 8cm pot.

Also known as wood hyacinth, or leopard lily - the Ledebouria Socialis is a South African native and while it enjoys a similar hot and humid climate it is also perfectly happy in our homes over here!

It's chunky bulbs which help store extra moisture sit on top of it's soil and produce eye-catching spotted silver leaves.

Although it won't develop much in terms of height, with maturity it will spread out sideways as a type of ground cover.

Light: This plant is happy with a few hours of bright, indirect light a day. They can also be grown in a lower, medium lever light.

Water: Water once at least the top 2/3 of soil has dried out, do not let it sit in water (air on the side of caution with watering, if in doubt - leave it a little longer). Reduce watering drastically in winter months.

Feed: During growing months apply a weak fertiliser once a month.

Humidity: Will tolerate a normal household humidity however for increased growth an increased humidity will be ideal.

A really good experience

I ordered this plant on Etsy and this whole experience was really lovely. The plant came in a box big slightly larger than the plant and was surrounded by dissolving packing peanuts, it also came with a care guide for that specific plant which is so helpful. And then for an extra touch Maria put a personalised card inside thanking me for the order which I thought was really lovely.

The plant is in really good condition and wasn’t damaged at all.

Nothing but good things to say about moose plant shop!
