Shipping policy

We are currently on our winter break, shipping will resume from 5th January 2026 - we expect it will take us a few days to get fully caught up with outstanding orders.

We ship Monday - Thursday wherever possible to avoid plants being sat in the postal system over the weekend. We charge a flat postage rate for all orders.

We aim to ship within 3 working days of receiving your order.

UK: Royal Mail 24hr tracked for £6.99 (free for orders for over £75).

UK: Royal Mail 48hr tracked for £5.50.

We will occasionally ship by a different tracked and/or signed for service for especially heavy or high value orders.

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. 

We are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to APHA restrictions.
