These Begonia 'Tamaya' have been shaped in to this lovely lollipop shape, you will periodically need to trim branches as they grow in to order to encourage the bushy, ball shape up top!
Begonia like their soil to be kept quite moist and thrive in high humidity environments. If you have a low humidity house, try keeping this plant in your bathroom near a window and the steam from your morning shower will keep the humidity levels high enough for your begonia to thrive.
Please note these plants are quite delicate and may experience some minor crisping around the edges and tips from transit, you can trim this back for aesthetic purposes.
Care:

Water: Keep soil moist but do not let it sit in water.
