This uncommon Philodendron was at the top of my wish list for a very long time, having had one for a while now I can confidently say that they are well worth the attention they get! Not only is their foliage spectacular and eye catching (you WILL find yourself looking at it every time you walk in to the room) but I have found them to be low maintenance and fuss free.

Get this firey plant checked off your wish list too, you won't be disappointed!

Care:

Light: Tolerant of medium light to bright indirect light, however too much light can cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.

Water: Keep the soil moist at all times, water when the top 1/2 to 2/3 of soil dries out. For best results water from underneath with the use of a saucer to reduce the chance of root rot. Reduce watering during winter months and let the soil more thoroughly dry out.

Food: Feed monthly during the growing season but not during winter.

Humidity: High humidity will produce a happier plant but will tolerate a normal household humidity. A low humidity will cause brown, crispy tips on the leaves.
