African Violet propagation originally grown from a variegated cutting, now has minimal variegation on some leaves (as photographed) i'm not sure whether it could be encouraged to come back or will fully revert. Grown in spaghnum moss in a 5.5cm diameter plastic nursery pots.
The African Violet has been prominent in the houseplant world for decades, a firm favourite within many peoples homes.
Really soft, velvety leaves in a chubby round shape. Creates an abundance of pink or purple flowers.
Care:
Light: Bright, indirect light will produce the most beautiful plant, however it will tolerate lower light but expect colour loss and a slower growth.
Water: Keep soil moist during the growing season but let the top half/third dry before watering. During winter months less water is required but do not let it dry out.
Food: During the growing season lightly fertilise twice a month.
Humidity: This plant will grow well in a normal household environment but is appreciative of a higher humidity,
