Exact plant photographed.
Potsize (diameter): 23 cm. Supplied in a plastic pot.
The Ferocactus is known for its very large, slightly curved spines that cover its fat, round base. This cactus is a real statement piece with an impressive size.
An easy care plant that will give you maximum impact for minimum effort.
Suitable for in the home or conservatory.
Due to the rigid nature of these larger cacti, they are likely to have some callouses or old battle scars - we think this adds to their character! They will also have some hard brown skin or 'corking' at the base of the plant, this is completely normal and happens naturally as a cactus reaches maturity.
Care:
Light: Bright indirect light will promote the best growth. Can withstand direct sunlight.
Water: Only water once the soil is completely dry then give a heavy water.
Food: Not a requirement but if you choose to; use a light cacti fertiliser.
Humidity: Will thrive in a normal home humidity but will also tolerate dry air.
